all Sir, I would like to great you a wonderful and amazing day.
The purpose
in making this letter is to inform you that we need your help in some problems
in our place here in Ilocos Sur. please help us to finish those roads that are
destroyed during the typhoon and please help other patients in our Hospital to
have a least in their bills.

that you can help us in our problems. And thank you for being a strict
President of the Philippines.
